You may purchase a pre-production sample at a nominal fee. That cost is subtracted from your final order when purchasing.

Yes, we ship to all United States addresses.

When you approve your artwork, PLEASE double check:

  • ALL spelling & text (especially names & personalizations)
  • Print location (i.e. front, back, left chest, etc.)
  • Print size (print dimensions can be found below your artwork)
  • You will sign approval form to move products into production

Email your pdf, eps, jpg files to your Already Gear representative with a detailed description of your vision.

Anytime an order is due EARLIER than our NORMAL production schedule, a rush charge of at least $50 is incurred.

Why is there a Repeat Set-Up Charge for printing the same design again? 2018-01-04T13:55:18+00:00

We Do Not save printing screens so a minimum charge is offered to re-setup designs for repeating the exact same print job. (e.i. T-Shirt physical screen that we burn your design on and then ink for silkscreening. We burn one for each color/location in your design. Screens are a reusable item for our business as we wash off your design and burn on the next customers soon after your order is finished. The screens are not the same as us saving your artwork on our computers. This is why there is a charge every time you order or reorder.

The setup charge is a mandatory cost to create tapes, plates or screens for your order.

We accept various methods of payments including: cash, personal checks (with valid or current drivers license), business checks, and most major credit cards. We also accept payments on our secure payment center on the Already Gear website.

Our standard turnaround time for screen printing is 5-7 business days and embroidery is 7-10 business days once the artwork is approved and a deposit is received. Turnaround times vary for each promotional product.

How much of a deposit do you require to begin an order? 2018-01-04T13:42:44+00:00

We require a 50% deposit before going to production. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery or shipment.

What is the minimum order for screen printing? 2018-01-04T13:06:17+00:00

Already Gear has low minimums of 20 pieces per screen printing design. Price breaks are available when ordering larger quantities.
